The FCC program offers full-day, part-time, half-day, and hourly care. Night, weekend, holiday hours and extended care (up to 14 days) are available for single and dual military parents. This care is also available to military and civilian working spouses and single civilian sponsors. Control is for mission-related activities or a registered civilian work program. The Kindergarten program includes before-school and after-school day care services for children in Kindergarten. It provides transportation from the center to the post-schools. Services are provided at Cheyenne Mountain CDC, Building 6203, and Aspen CDC, Building 4356. Both programs are open from 5:45 to 6:00 p.m. A summer camp program has been launched during the summer months to provide full-day preschool care. Before and after school youth in grades one through five are offered at two Fort Carson facilities, Patriot SAS located at Building 6204 Harr Avenue, south of Fort Carson's main entrance at Gate 1, and Mesa SAS. The Patriot and Mesa School Age Service programs are open to school age children in grades one through five and are open Monday through Friday from 5:45 to 6:00 p.m. After-school transportation is provided.
